Description

The Access Tonno Sport tonneau cover gives you all the protection and features you need, at one of the most competitive prices in the roll up cover market. It's ultra-low profile design is sleek and lies only 1/2" above the truck bed for a seamless look and finish. The Tonno Sport tonneau cover features a heavy duty vinyl top with 2 aluminum crossbars that roll up in seconds for full, un-restricted bed access. A trigger latch automatically locks the TonnoSport cover when closed and easily releases with one finger to open the cover. Slide locks on both sides allow users to easily lock the cover for added protection and security. A full length 1" velcro strip seals the sides of the cover and secures your cargo from the elements while a nylon storage strap easily stores the TonnoSport out of the way when you need complete bed access. The TonnoSport Tonneau Cover offers easy, no drill installation using 6 adjustable clamps that attach to the bedrail. Everything needed for installation is included and the Access TonnoSport Tonneau Cover comes with a full 3 Year Warranty.

Access TonnoSport Tonneau Cover - How It Works

	Release The Tonno To release the TonnoSport, simply open the tailgate and pull towards you on the finger latch located on the drivers side.
	Roll The Tonno Roll the cover towards the front of the bed. As you roll the cover, the velcro will easily peel free for easy, one person operartion.
	Secure The Tonno Once you've rolled the cover to the front of the truck bed, drape the hold down strap over the cover, latch it and pull the strap tight.

(Cost, TX) on 02/2010 I purchased a 2008 Ram 3500 Dually to tow my two race and show vehicles and installed the Tonno cover in less than an hour. Very tight and custom fit. I had to cut a very small section out of my underrail bedliner on the front of the liner so the side rails would fit flush with the bed. No sweat I did it with my Dremel. Sides are clamped to bed side and cover fits snug. The Tonno is barely visible from site and only sticks up about 3/8 of a inch. The tailgate closes easy and tucks right under the cover. Very happy with fit and ease of install and adds a custom look to my black pearl Dually Ram.

I did it myself in the snow and got it weather tight in about 30 minutes. I have had it for about 2 months now and it does an outstanding job keeping the bed dry. We had 4 inches of rain last week and it was completely dry still. On a five star scale I give it 4 stars for looks and install. I give it 5 stars for ease of use, performance, bang for the buck and overall satisfaction. BTW, I have noticed an increase in MPG. Not much but I think the quality of this product will keep it functional long enough to pay for itself.

As for the tonneau cover itself, I am not very impressed. Assembly ,by myself, went fast. Less than 1 hour. The top does look very good. But unless you live in an arid part of the country do not buy this one. The top does not and can not seal completely at the corners, thus allowing water to get in. Anything stored in the bed can and does get wet. I have adjusted and readjusted the top trying to close up the gaps, but by design flaws it cannot be done. Should have spent the extra $$ and purchased a better top. Live and learn.

It collects the rain so I will have to add some kind of support under the front of the cover. It installed easily even though it could be about an inch longer to reach the front of the front bed rail. All in all it looks good, when it's not holding water.
