Agri-Cover, Inc. extends the following lifetime limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of any ACCESS® Roll-Up Covers purchased after July 1, 2002: Agri-Cover, Inc. warrants its ACCESS® Roll-Up Cover to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the truck on which the cover was originally installed and as long as the cover remains continuously installed on said truck. Agri-Cover’s sole obligation under this limited warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of defective parts only. No labor or service allowance is given or implied. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGRI-COVER, INC. BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. AGRI-COVER, INC. Access Tonneau Cover - Toolbox Model Installation

The Access Roll up Cover Tool Box Edition is rather easy installation.  Plan about about 20-30 minutes for installation.  These covers are a No Drill, Easy Clamp On Installation.  The only tool you need is a 9/16" wrench.  If you have additional installation questions please call toll free  1-877-216-5446 or 701-253-5906.

	Open Step 1: Pull the cord on the reflex latch to release the cover.
	Open Step 2 & 3 Roll the cover towards cab and secure with the quick release storage straps.

The XT DIAL lets you fine tune the cover tension in seconds with the turn of the X-Dial. This high torgue tension system is a premium tension control system giving you control of your cover tension, not the weather. XT gives you the Tighest Cover Made. 	Compact Rolled Up Storage: The cover stores compactly and neatly behind the toolbox
