The American Roll Cover can be is a hard retracting tonneau that can be installed in under one hour. How? Truck Covers USA has taken much of the hassle and worry out of installing your hard cover and made it simple.
Made from strong, yet extremely lightweight aluminum, the American Bed Cover is not so heavy that you can't handle opening and closing on your own, yet heavy duty enough to meet the standards for protection the industry has come to expect. The cover is double walled, meaning wind, rain, hail, snow, dirt, debris and any other projectiles are no match for this bad boy. The high quality textured powder coating gives your roll cover that rugged yet custom look. It has the ability to support 500 lbs if needed!
The canister located at the top of the bed, near the cab of the truck, is constructed of heavy-duty galvanized sheet metal. It just might be the smallest on the market. Measuring at only 8 x 8 inches is also might be the strongest! The sides of the canister and the mounting brackets make for a one piece construction. This reduces flex, increases the strength of the overall product and maybe most important of all; cuts down significantly on your installation time!
