I purchased the Anzo 111194 one-piece headlights to replace the original 2-piece units in my sons 99 Dodge Dakota that had yellowed over time. I found the Anzo units to be well made and very stylish. The halo lamps and black background really modernized the look of the truck. The negatives involved installation. There were no installation instructions in the box. I found a two-page illustrated instruction sheet on the manufacturer website that explained how to remove the old headlights, splice the wires, and how to bolt the new headlamps in using the original mounitng hardware. Everything proceeded as described unitl we tried to fit the new lamps into the receses in the front fenders. It was obvious that the new lights as recieved,were not going to fit. We discovered that the top adjuster on both lamps would not fit into the slots provided in the top of the fender recess like the OEM lamps did. First, the slot does not extend all the way to the rear of the recess but the boss that accepts the top adjuster screw on the lamp does. This required us to grind off about 5/8" of the back of the top adjuser screw boss on each lamp which we did with a rotarry tool fitted with asanding drum. Afterwards the lamps still would not fit into the recess. The front of the top adjuster (near the head of the adjuster screw) was also hitting the front of the slot in the top of the fender recess. This required us to adjust all three adjusters 1/4" on each headlamp to pull the headlamp further into the mounting bracket. After performing both of these modifications both headlamps fit correctly into the recess and the mounting holes lined up with the mounint holes on the truck allowing us to install the headlamps. The other unfortunate thing that happend was that the inner adjusted on the left hadlamp became very difficult to turn for the full 1/4" requiried and the phillips scredriver eventually slipped and stripped out the head of the adjustre bolt rendering it usellss for future adjustemnts. An improvement would be to use torq-head adjusters screws like were used on the OEM headlamps to prevent stipping the screw heads.

Just purchased and installed headlight units on my 1993 F350. I was very happy to find these headlights for my year of truck. Price was less than OEM and appearance was far superior.
Ive been driving with these lights for about a month now, the light, although not not the high voltage lights, have a very excellent pattern and intensity. BUT... the description on Real Truck web site was sketchy at best. It seemed the person writing was familiar with the Anzo lights and forgot some of us have never heard of them. A nice touch that could be added would be pictures of the light's various looks when lit. AND any kind of installation instruction would be nice. Heck not nice, necessary! Ive worked as an auto mechanic and still the job of taking out the old lights and installing the new was a BIG job. I had to go to the junk yard and buy a part I broke during the install. Now that I have done it I could do it in a couple of hours with no breakage. PLEASE INSTRUCTIONS! Now having said that I love my new lights and have had several compliments on them. And I will be ordering the tail lights next. (I just hope instructions will be coming)

These headlights didn't fit the truck. There was a noticeable gap between the light and the side of the metal of the front quarter panel. Also, the dim setting on the lights is TOO dim, much worse than the old lamps I replaced. The bright setting is fine. Unfortunately, the return policy doesn't allow you to return electrical items after they have been installed. Installation took 3 hours, not 20 mins. as stated.

Once installed they look awesome. The mounting posts need to be better reinforced but they really look great. Instructions on alignment would be a nice thing to have as well.

Nice headlights. Definately make the truck look meaner and the install was painless.. 30 minutes and the new ones were in and running.
Unfortunately a lot of adjusting is necessary and this is my first set of projectors but the "line" where the light projects isn't straight.. Not sure if thats usual but it seemed odd to me. Kind of looks like the ATT bars :)
