The APC tailgate LED light bar features a side to side 3rd brake light, turn signal lights, and running lights. APC offers their tailgate light bar with or without reverse lights and in 49" or 60" lengths to accommodate both small and larg SUVs and trucks. Simple plug-in installation. The APC LED tailgate light bar kit includes flat four hitch connectors to quickly plug into existing trailer hitch wiring and attaches easily to vehicle with 3M adhesive foam tape. Universal fit and mounting with a water resistant contruction.

Seems great only had it a few days Very simple to install except if you need to convert from four flat plug to 9 pin round - No wiring hints to convert Buy a converter at Auto Store and may have to rewire your self (easy) bare prong is the ground next one the back up bar next the brake bar and first one the turn signal flasher. Look at cover of the round plug for your hitches connections (embossed on the cover)

One star until I get original bar replaced. Only one side lit up. Other thing is that I have a round hitch plug and the part has a flat four prong connector which needs an round to flat adapter which has to be rewired correctly for the flat hitch plug hitch plug. Easy to attach otherwise and I will write another when replacement arrives.

when i received my light bar one of the wires were broke off and when i was looking at it two other wires broke off also. Before i relized it i threw the package away so i couldnt send it back. I went ahead and fixed the wires that broke and i plugged the light bar in and the reverse thats suppose to light up doesnt work either. So im very disappointed in this product and recommend buy it somewhere else.

Lights installed with no problems and function properly. Made an interesting addition to my '71 C-10 Stepside that I haven't seen on a lot of these trucks.
