These hot BD Diesel Performance Diesel X-Hale Exhaust System feature four-inch seamless, mandrel-bent tubing, six-inch polished 304 SS muffler and five-inch polished 304 SS, rolled tip. Alternately, choose from one of our famous aluminized four-inch cat-back systems. The BD Diesel Performance Diesel X-Hale Exhaust System Big Mac muffler slips onto the mandrel-bent, over-axle pipe and is finished off with a chrome tail pipe extension. It not only looks cool, it sounds tough and improves turbo response by reducing back pressure. Plus, it's easy to install! For even greater performance gains, we recommend our turbo-to-cat sections, but this kit will require some welding to fit at the factory cat. Got an ‘89-'93 truck? Not to worry, because we've got you covered, too. Our 3.5-inch, mandrel-bent over-axle pipe and low restriction muffler represents a 100% improvement over the stock exhaust system. Why do I need to upgrade the exhaust? 

The extra power from modules and injectors creates more exhaust pressure. Restrictive exhaust flow can reduce power and drive up EGT levels. High-flow exhaust kits reduce backpressure to allow the turbo to breathe more effectively. Less restrictive flow means cooler exhaust temperatures, quicker turbo spool up and better mileage.
