Sema Announces Shifts in Light Pickup Truck Sales

 Sema has released light pickup truck sales figures for Jan to Apr of 2008.  According to SEMA eNews Vol. 11, No. 22 – May 29, 2008 there is a shift in consumer choices for pickup trucks from 2007 to 2008.  Full Size Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, Nissan and GMC trucks sales are down, whereas the Toyota Tundra is up 25% and the Ford Ranger pickup is up 12%.

 The table below shows the top-20 selling pickups from January–April 2008, in addition to how they sold last year.
