I suppose one could take the pedestrian approach to restoring your classic truck and try to obtain original parts.  That’s fine and dandy if you plan on hitting up the regional circuit of outdoor car shows during the summer.  You could win a prize or two with that method, especially if you spend a lot of time on the paint job.

You could do what this feller did.  He got it in his head to add a T-50 turbine engine to his 1968 GMC truck.  Why?  How can one possible answer that?  That’s like asking why the sky is blue.
