This week, Keepin’ it Real comes from our own home office in Jamestown, North Dakota. Our Customer Loyalty Manager, Debi Reberg nominated Bill Lasowski, a Customer Loyalty Expert. Last week Bill did something we normally don’t ever do here at RealTruck because we’re an Internet store. We like to file this under the Guiding Principle of Deliver More.

Happy Halloween everyone! For Tire Fire Friday this week, we bring you an awesome blast from the past! Toyota’s 1970′s ‘FrankenTruck’ commercial. It’s really spooky, campy and downright wonderful! They’re advertising the SR-5.
We also have a custom built Halloween Hearse made from an old C-Cab Truck! Nothing says you love the holiday like taking a classic and totally turning it into a scream machine. Do you think they work for a haunted house or a pumpkin patch?

Like riding through new England during fall - only at 1/10 the size.
We’re going to start kicking it up a notch here when it comes to Tire Fire Friday. No more of this one photo or one video a week bologna! There are literally baZILLIONS of clips out there for us to share and enjoy and 50 some odd Fridays a year just isn’t enough to get them one at a time in. So we’ve decided to up the ante, so to speak.

Happy Birthday to US! We’ve turned 14! Let our teenage angst years begin. We’re ready to be moody and brooding. If we had parents we’d be testing their patience daily with Facebook statuses that make absolutely no sense and a phone bill with so many texts that it needs a second mortgage to cover it.
Let’s be honest. As much as we’d like to hold on to our glowing youth, in the Internet industry 14 years is considered pretty old. Almost ancient. Heck, some folks might even refer to us as Methuselah. Probably not to our faces because they know we’re sensitive about our looks and our advanced years, but we’ve heard the talk.
