Our very own Bill Lasowski, sometimes referred to as Mike Wasowski!
This week, Keepin’ it Real comes from our own home office in Jamestown, North Dakota. Our Customer Loyalty Manager, Debi Reberg nominated Bill Lasowski, a Customer Loyalty Expert. Last week Bill did something we normally don’t ever do here at RealTruck because we’re an Internet store. We like to file this under the Guiding Principle of Deliver More.
Here’s his story:
Bill had been spending quite a bit of time with a phone in customer who wanted a tonneau cover but had big concerns about installation. Bill ending up selling him an Access Tonneau Cover, AND…
The following morning, on his day off, he drove to Agricover (which is also located in Jamestown, ND and is the manufacturer of Access Tonneau Covers) and picked up the item for the customer. Through his conversations with the customer, Bill knew he was coming through Jamestown on his way home.
He brought it to RealTruck, brought his personal tools to work and when the customer came to pick up his cover, Bill installed it for the customer free of charge.
This is definitely not a service we normally provide mainly because our customers are all over the country! But also because not many people in the world are willing to give up their days off like Bill. We just wanted to give a special shout out to Bill to say thanks for Keepin’ It Real!
Debi asked Bill why he did this, he said “I was Delivering More.”
You bet he was!
