
November of 2011 was a pretty busy month for us. Black Friday hit us like a hammer. Cyber Monday was a wild and crazy ride. We had all hands on deck. It was a company wide effort to ensure we fulfilled orders and admittedly, it was a blast.
We’ve always looked at work a little different. Work just seems like a four letter word for daytime fun for us. The busier it got, the more fun we had. We held contests, jazzed up the Customer Loyalty Representatives with soda and Red Bull and let them loose!
Noticing that most of our customers were calling over the holidays to buy gifts for others or for themselves, we started to get a little jealous. We decided to have a little contest and give out a prize. Pictured on the left is Brenda, one of our esteemed call center reps, holding her cash bonus for taking the most calls in November. She really stepped up and stepped in when the phone board lit up!
