What a fiasco.... It took 3 tries to finally get the tailgate net. The first package contained a light strip, no net. The second time we received a box that had been opened, taped closed and beat up. When we opened the box, it had the wrong screws in there. After contacting the company, they finally sent a good tailgate net out quickly.
The items get shipped from a third party. This is where the trouble lies. We received a wrong item, and RealTruck expected the tailgate net being returned instead of the light strip. So there were many emails regarding what item was returned. Customer service has been helping us work this out, and has been helpful. We bought this net through the internet. We should have just taken the time to go into town a buy it. It has taken way more time fixing this mess.

This tailgate net is exactly as described and what I expected. I put it on a 2010 Nissan Frontier. It was easy to install and will be easy to take off when I switch to tailgate mode. It looks good on the truck. The screws to hold the three brackets on each side of the truck bed are a little wimpy-went to ACE,problem solved.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A TAIL GATE NET, FOR THE PRICE YOU CANT BEAT THE QUALITY. BUT WHAT STOOD OUT WAS THIER SERVICE, AFTER MISTAKENLY SENDING ME THE WRONG ITEM THEY SHIPED THE RIGHT ITEM AND LET ME KEEP THE WRONG ITEM AT NO COST! THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE NET LOOKS SHARP ON MY TRUCK. I WONT HESITATE TO ORDER FROM REALTRUCK IN THE FUTURE.

piece of junk. it was sagging in a matter of hours after we installed it!! we had to drill holes in our truck to install this thing and now we have swiss cheese in our tailgate section... no, i would not recomend this tailgate net.

This is a great tailgate for the price. The webbing is very strong and I expect it to last a while. The provided mounting hardware works...but it will be replaced soon as it isn't as sturdy as I would like.
