Fits Mounts with 8” shaft: Will only fit trucks with a ball mount that has a shaft length of 8 or more inches.

This convenient telescoping Bully cowboy hitch mounted step allows you to get up & down from your truck bed easily with your tailgate in either the closed or opened position. The Bully Telescoping cowboy hitch step mounts onto your 2" ball mount it also telescopes in & out for use. The bully cowboy hitch steps fit 2" hitch ball mounts with an 8" shaft length (ball mount sold separately). Easy at home installation and backed by a limited lifetime waranty.

Nice, well constructed step. Very strong!
I DID have to file the inside of the tube that goes over the reciver hitch to get it on, re-tap the threadd holes for the locking bolts due to the powder coat filling the threads and purchas new bolts, nuts and lock washers that were left out of my kit.

EXCELLENT IDEA...POORLY EXECUTED!

Because there isn't another manufacturer of a product like this, I didn't return it for being rusty; having poor locking pin hole alignment of the sliding feature and much too heavy construction for its intended use.

After almost 5 hours of milling and drilling we removed over a quarter of the original weight and it still supports 300 plus pounds.

I know I should have asked about the country of manufacture (China) which would have made me reconsider fabricating my own version of this product.
