The shopping at Realtrucks was great. The service is absolutely the best. I thought I possible might have to send and item back that I bought for my husband and they were right there before I even requested it a return shipping number and weren't even going to charge me for it. Thank goodness that on my husbands birthday and I gave him the gift of the Bully Stainless Billet Flame Grille that he didn't send it back because he did in fact love it. But in emailing there customer service dept. back telling them that I wouldn't have to send it back and that he loved it although one of the screw holes was alittle stripped but that he would make it work, they sent me a $15 gift certificate to spend toward another purchase which in deed I will use. I love doing business with a company that is honest, hard working and where customer service still is there main goal. Thanks again RealTruck. Karen T.
