    We’re looking for a Customer Loyalty specialist to coordinate all aspects of the customers’ experience on our website and during phone calls to RealTruck.

    Requirements

    • Patience and “Sherlock Holmes Level” problem solving required (we provide the magnifying glass and cool hat)
    • Must have a passion for helping others & delivering way more that anyone expects
    • Must enjoy taking personal ownership of customer concerns, being empowered to take risks, and be truly and completely yourself while doing so.
    • Specialize in wowing customers, strive for squeals of delight, and be comfortable with effusive appreciation for going “To Infinity and Beyond!”
    • Must embrace the Mullet Method work style (business in the front, party in the back)Must love wearing a Jedi headset comlink and speak with a wide variety of people all across the land.
    • Must be able to talk and type without getting your fingers caught in a knot.
    • Must have a positive attitude or be really good at pretending

    Responsibilities

    • Work directly with our customers to help them make their lives and vehicles better!
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to gain insight to better support our customers’ needs
    • Translate what you’ve learned from our customers into initiatives to create a better customer experience
    • Pick up the phone with the speed of Superman and be willing to do it again, and again!
    • Spend free time reading “Delivering Happiness” or “Peak”.
    • Rock out our Core Values

    This will be a full time position. Starting Pay is $10.50 – $11.50 DOE
