Responsibilities - Resolve Computer support issues
- Setup and maintain workstations and peripherals
- Respond to tech help requests from local and remote staff
- Must quote Darth Vader often
- Maintain machine security compliance
- Organize and maintain IT assets
- Deliver More by proactively seeking out support issues with staff
- Setup and configure IPhone and Droid devices
Maintain Records and Processes - Log issues to simple task system for follow up and visibility
- Document current procedures and assets
- Actively Recommend enhancements to current processes
Ongoing Technology Training - Support future VOIP system
- Create training videos for the rest of the RealTruck crew
- Embrace opportunities to help others learn more about technology through 1:1 communication or presentations
