Coverking was the first Automotive Softgoods Aftermarket manufacturer to gain ISO Quality Certification. After Coverking set the bar by gaining the strict ISO:9001 certification, other manufacturers were forced to improve their quality systems. Coverking continues it's lead, having attained QS:9000 and TS16949 certifications.
What is the TS16949 Quality System?
ISO/TS 16949:2002 is an International Standards Organization Technical Specification, which aligns existing American (QS-9000), German (VDA6.1), French (EAQF) and Italian (AVSQ) quality systems standards, with the aim of eliminating the need for multiple certifications to satisfy multiple customer requirements. Together with ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 specifies the quality system requirements for the design/development, production, installation and servicing of products. In addition, there are customer specific requirements that are required by individual subscribing vehicle manufacturers.

When I was informed that there was going to be a delay in shipping my seat covers and I informed RT that I was going to be headed out on Vacation and running out of time - they tried to see what they could do pushing the manufacturer but also graciously offered to refund my money.
Covers came in time - installed easily and look great!
This is my second set of seat covers from RT. Great folks.

This is the second time I've ordered these covers for a 2010 Tundra - thinking the first set was NOT for my truck. I was wrong. I'm returning the second set of covers to the manufacturer. The seat back covers do not fit; they are too tight and the secure straps (velcro) are not long enough to fit through the bottom of seat back.

The covers went on easily and the fit is excellent. The only reason I did not give 5/5 is because I have only had them a few months and some of the saddleblanket material is already starting to fray where I sit. I have not worn anything that would have caused this to occur.

Fits perfect and looks and feels like real leather. I got the solid black leatherette for my 2010 Silveraldo to cover up the cheap looking black nylon it came with. Couldn't be more happy, even in the hot summer it's more comfortable than what I had. I was afraid because it is plastic and won't breathe
