If you are installing a rear receiver hitch on your car, truck or SUV, a T-connector wiring kit from Curt will provide you with quick and easy trailer lighting. These T-connectors simply plug into your vehicle's factory wiring and provide you with instant lighting to your trailer, boat, or camper. They offer plug and play installation using factory connectors and require no cutting or splicing. Installation is easy enough that anyone can do it in their driveway in a matter of minutes. Curt T-connector Trailer Light Kits work with all hitches including Class I, II, II, IV, and V. All plugs, wires, converters, and instructions are included. Installation times range from 5-30 minutes.

My T-Connector came quickly, fit fine, and works great.
However, the Curt trailer hitch for my Corolla XRS came with a tongue that was much too short fot the ball to clear the bumper. I had to go out and buy a different, longer tongue in order to be able to use the hitch. Perhaps you can look into this and correct the package so that it comes with the appropriate length tongue. (The first time I used it I had to turn the tongue upside down to clear the bumper. This made it so low, it nearly scraped the ground and couldn't make it over the apron to a driveway.)

It is a T-connector as advertised, but I thought it was just ONE T-connector that hooked up under the car. It is in fact two T-connectors that have to be routed into the tail light assembly's. It turned out to be easier than I thought it would be, but not as easy as if it plugged in under the car.

Product was reasonably priced however is a splice in kit, and not a t connector, it ties in to an existing trailer harness for the vehicle in my experience.
