Where are you located? Our headquarters are in Jamestown, North Dakota.
Is this a toll free # I just called in on? Our 877-216-5446 number is a toll free number.
Do you have a catalog? Unfortunately, we do not have a printed catalog, however all of our items can be found online at Realtruck.com.
Do you have any locations in my area? We are a drop ship company that ships from many warehouses all over the US. Many of our items usually leave the warehouse in 1-5 business days and arrive in 5-10 days.
Can I get help installing my item (need a tech)? Our staff is knowledgeable and will help you the best we can. If we cannot help you we will find out who can and get you in touch with them.
What does it cost for shipping if I want to get item sooner? There are many determining factors and it is best to call us for a shipping quote at 1-877-216-5446.
How do I return the item? See our returns page.
Why do I have to pay for return shipping? Realtruck does cover the return shipping if the item is defective or it was our error you received the incorrect part or the part does not fit. If you just do not like the item, or ordered incorrectly you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Is there a restocking fee? Realtruck does not charge a restocking fee on any returns.
What is the different between Stepside/Flareside and Standard Bed? The Stepside/Flareside beds have the fender wells on the outside of the truck box leaving the inside of the box square. The standard beds have the fender well on the inside of the box leaving the outside of the truck smooth.
Is the mounting hardware included with the nerf bars and running boards? Nerf Bars – Yes! Running Boards – Not always. If they do require the mounting brackets sold separately, it is noted on the product page.
Do the nerf bars and running boards come in a pair? Yes, nerf boards and running boards come as pairs for drivers and passengers sides.
What is the difference between No Drill Mud Flaps and Custom Molded Mud Flaps? No drill refers to how the mud flaps install. Custom Molded Flaps can install either no drill or drill. Custom Molded Flaps contour to the body of the vehicle and look custom made.
What is the difference between Cab Length and Wheel to Wheel? Cab Length bars only run the length of the cab. Wheel to wheel run the entire length between the wheels.
What is a cargo management system? The cargo management system is a factory installed option on all newer model trucks. It is a rail under the lip of the truck box that you can slide moveable tied downs in.
How do I know how long my truck bed is? The best way to measure your truck box is to start behind the cab and measure to the tailgate. The measurement should be the inside dimensions.
How do I know if I have a crew or a quad cab? The easiest way to know if you have a Crew Cab, Quad Cab, Extended Cab, Double Cab is to check with your local dealer. We also have a research guide listed near the bottom of our page on the left hand side.
Do you sell replacement parts for vehicles (bumpers, tailgates, front fenders, light housings)? We have aftermarket accessories that can replace bumpers, tailgates, headlights, tail lights, and numerous other items.
Where do I enter my gift card/discount code? There is link just under the grand total and above the proceed to checkout button. Be sure to click add.
My order says it ships in 1-3 days – why don’t I have it yet? The ship in time frame is when the item will leave the warehouse and it will take another 4-7 business days for delivery from that time.
Do you carry tonneau cover replacement parts? We only carry a small selection of replacement parts for the Access brand tonneau covers. For all other replacement parts contact the Manufacturer directly. Realtruck can help you find the number and contact information.
