When you order a Gift Card you will have a chance to add a personalized message to your gift when you checkout. There are no maintenance fees on our Gift Cards and our Gift Cards will not expire.
Gift Card Redemption Terms
RealTruck Gift Cards are good toward future online, mail order or over the phone purchases. When you receive your Gift Card, it’s already active and ready to use. Simply enter your Gift Card Number in our online shopping cart, on our mail in order form or call us at 1-877-216-5446.
RealTruck Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards on RealTruck, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law:
- Gift Cards may be used for online, mail order or over the phone purchases from RealTruck.
- If a Gift Card is included in an online order; a Gift Card cannot be used as a form of payment.
- Only one Gift Card may be redeemed for each order. If you have multiple Gift Cards you would like to use for an order, simply contact us at 1-877-216-5446 and we can transfer the balance to one Gift Card.
- Gift Cards can be purchased online at RealTruck or by calling us at 1-877-216-5446 for minimum amount of $15 and a maximum amount of $1,000.00.
- If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, only the balance remaining on the Gift Card at the time an original receipt is presented will be reissued. Protect your Gift Card and the number on it like cash. We cannot be responsible for funds used without your knowledge or issue a replacement Gift Card without the original receipt.
- If merchandise which has been purchased with a Gift Card as the sole payment method is returned, a Gift Card will be issued for the balance due unless the balance is under $5 or if prohibited by law.
- Gift Cards have no expiration date. Any Gift Card balance remaining may be used for future purchases.
- You may check the balance of a Gift Card by checking the Balance Online or by calling 1-877-216-5446. Must have Gift Card number available.
- Use and/or purchase of a RealTruck Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Gift Card is not redeemable for cash
- Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards replaced only with valid proof of purchase to extent of remaining Card balance.
- Gift Card is not a credit or debit card.
- Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice.
- This Card is issued by RealTruck.
- North Dakota law shall apply.

How do you ship a RealTruck Gift Card?
Gift Cards are shipped Via UPS, Fed Ex, Speedee, Airborne, or USPS with signature receipt required. We select the best shipper based on where it is being shipped to and what shipping method you have requested. The Gift Card is shipped in a shipping envelope. Inside the shipping envelope is a Gift Card envelope with a greeting card inside with your personalized message (if you provided one) and the Gift Card.
How much do you charge to ship a RealTruck Gift Card?
You get Free Ground Shipping. Need your Gift Card shipped faster? Your Gift Card can be shipped out via 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air shipping for an additional fee. Pricing is according to published rates. You may call us for 3-day, 2-Day or next day air rates or add a Gift Card to the online shopping cart and select which method you would like for shipping. The rates will display in the shopping cart.
How can I add funds to my RealTruck Gift Card?
Please contact RealTruck by calling 701-253-5906 or 1-877-216-5446. Let the customer service agent know how much money you would like to add to your RealTruck Gift Card ($15.00 to $1,000.00). Then pay for the transaction with a credit card.
