This Applications Chart is for full size pickups only.   The Debo Step can be used on pickup trucks with factory hitch, without factory hitch and with most hitches with 2-1/2" square straight cross bar.  Please select your model accordingly.

NOTE: Debo Step may interfere with dual exhaust.  Currently No DEBO Step models is available for heavy duty utility bumpers with drawbars

DEBO Step does not fit Super Duty Hitch Frames with a 3" square crossbar.
DEBO Step from STATZ corporation is an easy to use pull out tailgate step. The DEBO Step can be used as either a bed step, tailgate step, or hitch step. DEBO Step is custom fitted to your pickup truck and is available in a hitch mounted or frame mounted version. The DEBO Step is easy to install, and quickly retracts out of the way for storage when not in use. With it's easy one hand operation and 400 lb capacity the DEBO Step makes gaining access to your truck bed quick and easy. Can be used with or without a hitch. There is a DEBO Step available to fit most models of Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Nissan and Toyota full size pick up trucks.

step was too heavy for me to hold and mount by myself 35lbs i think so i had to take step out of the mounting bracket to install on my 08 gmc hd ialso had to use a swivel on the socket tobreak and tighten nuts and bolts witch im not too keen on all said install 45 min now im a happpy camper ford has the right idea now they need to build the rest of the truck!

Easy to mount, heavy duty. Holds my 300 lb easy.
Description makes it sound like the step locks into place where you release it. It doesn't, only locks all the way out or in. You can use it in other postions as it doesn't want to slide when you step on it as your weight pushing down holds it in place.
I am going to wax it up to help prvent rusting as I live in a salt on the road for snow state.

Product was very easy to install, use and fit the truck as advertised. The only issue is the long bar extending under the truck without protection. Could snag on brush, limbs etc. when off road.

Well engineered and easily installed. Tucked up tight enough to remain inconspicuous with minimal clearance loss. Provides the comfortable step height on a 4wd that a fold over tailgate ladder can't.

I bought my DEBO step 5 months ago and I love it. It was easy to install and it is VERY durable and easy to use. It makes getting in and out of the bed SOOOOOOO MUCH easier! My only complaint would be, that it could be wider.

This is an excellent product to use for a person who has replacement a knee and owns a full size pickup truck. The DEBO Step is the safest way to get into the bed, even with a cap, for me. The step is easy to mount to the frame by removing 3 nuts and bolts. This is the strongest step or assist I found to get into the bed of the truck. Very good product.

Easy to mount, fits properly, well made and easy to use. It extends easily most times, but can get loaded up with dirt in wet or winter conditions and may take a bit of a pull to loosen. Shows a bit of rust on the inside of the bracket, may need to be re-painted after a couple of years.
