everything seemed to fit very well. looks good, too. ease of installation a plus. on the negative side, the product was made in july, 2008, almost 4 years before my purchase.

very nice looking on the truck only problem i had was the two front drilled hole in the bed rails line up with the center of my toolbox so the hold down clamps for the tool box hit them i had to move box back to miss them bout 3inches they look great :)

The price was to high for the product, and they were not quite what I was looking for, and they are a little flimsy I would recommend them only if the price was around the $80.00 price range.
