Description
The Dee Zee poly storage chest is the perfect portable tool box for your truck, shop, or garage. This tool box is made of durable plastic that is strong yet lightweight, and has Dee Zee's classic Brite-Tread pattern.
The frame of the Dee Zee poly tool box features a reinforced design that is rigid and warp resistant for enhances strength and longevity. The lid is double-walled to prevent warping and features built in cup holders. A raised perimeter and rubber seal lock out moisture and the elements.

The storage chest is nice and holds a lot. The only down side is it didn't come with an installation kit. However, with a quick trip to the hardware store and a few metal screws, I was able to install the chest in about 10 minutes.

The toolbox itself is very nice. I had to get a little creative when mounting to get it to work with my tonnneau cover. In the end I'm very happy with the product and how it turned out.

I'm very happy with the poly storage chest. I put it in my pickup truck bed and use it to carry tools and misc items(tie-downs, tow rope, lug wrench, etc.). It is just the right size. I also added a metal loop on one end of the chest to secure it with a cable and lock, since the truck bed is uncovered. I would reccomend this storage chest to anyone who needs s small storage chest in their truck.

I purchased the DZ-6535P for use as a tool and storage box for my ATV. I have a 05 Kawasaki 750 Brute and it fits real well on the back rack. I was disappointed however to find out that there was no mounting hardware but after a quick trip to a local home improvement store and $20.00 later in material I can say that it won't come off anytime soon. I have it loaded now but the weather has been on again off again mostly off on the week-ends so I haven't had a chnace to really put it through it's paces. All in all a good buy. I like the dual lock set up but think that should have a metal framing instead of plastic.

This rugged box is perfect for protecting tools from the mishaps of everyday constuction. It would be even better if it had a lid latch along with the padlock tabs.
