Had to drill 2 holes each, one factory hole matched up which was nice to get them centered and everything. Seem pretty rugged.

(Maumee, OH) on 03/2009 The holes in the mud flaps closely match the holes in the lip on the bed and can be re-used to attach the mud flap with a little finesse. The only problem is that you will remove (2) per side, plastic push pins the factory installs to hold the plastic protection stip on the bottom of the bed, and the (small) screws provided to attach the mud flap DO NOT work! There should be NO need to drill holes in the lip to attach the mud flap so I am currently looking for a "U" clip that will work. What is sooooooo hard about (Including) the proper hardware that will go right back into the holes that are there? So I am not too happy with the additional shopping I will have to do to attach these mud flaps to the rear of my truck!

The front mud flaps I also submitted a review for, but forgot to mention it was for a 2008 GMC Sierra...the front mud flaps need some modification to get 5 stars...they look good, but they don't quite fit the wheel well inserts.

They don't quite fit the wheel well guards though and the directions have you either trim your wheel well guards or place the flaps under the guards (which doesn't quite make a perfect fit either). Overall they look good and do the job, but they need some modification for 5 stars.
