Edge Evolution programmer is available as a programmer only, programmer with attitude in cab monitor and the all NEW attitude in cab monitor programmer. (the attitude monitor is the programmer). The Edge performance evolution for gas and diesel engine performance. Contained in this compact module is the next generation of performance technology. The Edge evolution programmer can improve drivability and deliver substantial horsepower and torque gains. The Evolution programmer by Edge has three power levels designed to fit your specific needs, whether it be towing or all out performance. There is even an option to improve the shift characteristics without changing engine performance. The Evolution will also display 0-60 and quarter mile times for before-and-after performance testing. The Evolution was created with a small lightweight design that allows personalized control with the touch of a button. With a backlit LCD screen, seeing and reading codes has been made simple. The unit not only displays codes, but also displays a description of what these codes mean, which eliminates copying the code down and then finding a manual to look them up. The modified transmission strategies will not only improve the feel and performance of the shifting, but can also help extend the life of the transmission. The Evolution connects directly into the OBDII port underneath the dash. Once connected, the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the truckıs ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily switched back to stock at any time.

AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS AND YOUR VEHICLE’S WARRANTY
Many of our customers ask, “Will your product void my vehicle manufacturer’s warranty?” While the answer is straightforward from a legal standpoint, we also want to educate our customers (and after-market consumers) on some industry realities and offer some common sense precautions to minimize your risk.  Consumers of aftermarket products are protected by The Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act.  The Act states that if something breaks on your car and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless they can prove that whatever modifications you have added to your car actually caused the problem. Please keep in mind that towing in anything higher than level two and hard driving in levels four and five are not recommended.  While as a consumer, you have strong legal protection with regards to your vehicle’s warranty, there is also a practical reality that different automotive manufacturers and dealers have greatly varying views on aftermarket products, in particular those that produce horsepower, such as performance enhancement chips, modified intake manifolds, or aftermarket exhaust systems. There are dealers and manufacturers out there that will use the presence of a horsepower upgrade to void your vehicle’s warranty.  They will do this regardless of whose product you are using. Any aftermarket company that does not acknowledge this is misleading you. The bottom line is that while the law protects the consumer and provides
for enforcement of the warranty, it is very difficult for most people to hire an attorney and fight a voided warranty. Edge recommends that you always disconnect and remove your module and monitor when you take your vehicle to a dealer for warranty work in order not to interfere with

3 separate programs to suit all driving conditions:  STOCK: The Evolution automatically makes a backup of your stock program before proceeding to add a new program so you can easily program back to stock at any time.  TRANSMISSION ONLY: This is the lowest level setting and will not provide any engine performance increases but will provide firmer transmission shifts and help to increase the life of the transmission.  TOW PERFORMANCE: This program not only provides better transmission shifting, but will also modify the ignition timing and fuel injection strategies to improve performance.  HIGH PERFORMANCE: This is the highest setting for the Evolution. The fuel injection and ignition timing strategies are aggressively tuned to extract the maximum performance for your vehicle without sacrificing drivability or durability. The transmission strategy is modified to take advantage of the increased engine performance by providing quicker, firmer shifts.
