The bug screen was received well packed, with easy-to-follow instruction, and the application was quick and simple. My only concern is, will the stick-on snaps stay put after an automated car wash? We will see later.

I rarely have to write a poor review but I am compelled to do so now. This Fia Front Grille Bug Screen is nothing more than a piece of screen and four small elastic cords and what you can buy at any local auto parts store for $4.95. At $25.49 plus shipping, Real Truck should be ashamed of themselves. I will not order anything else from this company as long as they keep this item, at this price, in their catalog.

This product is very cheaply made and I'm not sure how long it will hold up. We had to make some miner adjustments so it would fit and stay on. Not pretty but it does seem to be working.

perfect fit and real easy to install, no tools required. the screen should be of a finer weave because the love bugs butts go through the screen so you still have to remove the screen and clean them off your grill

Works and fits well. The stick on buttons are starting to pull away from the grille but have the option to be screwed on.

this product will not fit when you have a hood mounted wind deflector. I wish that catalog would have warned that a wind deflector would interfer with fit of bug screen. With deflector removed bug screen fits well.

You can buy this bug screen, or you can count on a radiator replacement!



Bugs, grit, stones and various other types of debris clog your radiator; this markedly reduces cooling efficiency. Moreover, these types of debris also strip away the anodizing as the strike your radiator when traveling down the road at 70mph. Just take flashlight and look at the radiator in a van that has over 100K miles on the odometer and no bug screen. You will see bent cooling fins, bare metal and plugged openings!



This bug screen is easy to mount. I suggest that you follow the instructions for using screws to mount the snaps. Remember to use stainless steel screws with "Bevel-Shaped" heads. Once you have the snaps mounted in this manner, it becomes easier to remove the Bug Screen when necessary.



I have used this product on three cargo vans that will average 100K miles per year.

Bug screens are a must in Florida during the two two month annual bug seasons. The Fia grille bug screen effectively keeps the dead bodies from cloging up the radiator. It can eaisly be applied or removed as needed and stays securely in place.
