I wish that catalog would have warned that a wind deflector would interfer with fit of bug screen. With deflector removed bug screen fits well.

Bugs, grit, stones and various other types of debris clog your radiator; this markedly reduces cooling efficiency. Moreover, these types of debris also strip away the anodizing as the strike your radiator when traveling down the road at 70mph. Just take flashlight and look at the radiator in a van that has over 100K miles on the odometer and no bug screen. You will see bent cooling fins, bare metal and plugged openings! This bug screen is easy to mount. I suggest that you follow the instructions for using screws to mount the snaps. Remember to use stainless steel screws with "Bevel-Shaped" heads. Once you have the snaps mounted in this manner, it becomes easier to remove the Bug Screen when necessary. I have used this product on three cargo vans that will average 100K miles per year.
