Appreance and functionality is great, but installation was not that easy until we quit using the provided instructions. Very poorly written and the pictures/diagrams were worse, probably due to being copied so many times. The only complaint I have found with the product itself is the bars are very noisy. Yep noisy! They sound like metal on metal scratching all the time so I am going to attempt to insert some nylon washers between the brackets and truck frame wall to see if it makes a difference.
installed with no problems .looks great and was what i expected . installed by my self BUT two people would have been easer
I really The look and the one piece construction. Having had a couple of vehicles with nerf bars, these don't feel quite as sturdy as what I'm used to and have the slightest amount of flex. Other ones I've had I feel like I could jump up and down on.
was misled, by the name. I thought they would have rhino guard coating. Am disappointed they don't.
Top quality, easy to install, and great price. Took less than one hour to put them on, with two people, and they look great. They fit perfectly.
Look good and are serviceable . There's a small bit of vibration all the way to rear of tube. This is on a four door dually. Overall good fit, easy to install an they look good.
I was looking for nerf bars for my 2005 2500HD DURA MAX Chevy 4x4 on line when I came across the RealTruck.com web site. I started looking at the nerf bars they had on the site. I found the Go Rhino Dominator 111 nerf bars the web page said easy at home Installation no drilling needed, when they were delivered I opened the box to look at how to install them, it said I had to drill 24 holes that's 12 per side to put them on. So I called realtruck.com to ask them about it, they called go rhino and found out the info on the site was wrong. They were sorry for mistake and offered to find a different set of nerf bars that you did not have to drill holes to install them. But I liked the style of the dominator 111 so I kept them and had them installed at a price. So check with them before you order to make sure that it is was it is.
The quality does not reflect the price. They came with mismatched end caps on the bars and not all of the step plates got polished. Called manufacturer and they sent the right end caps but wouldn't do anything about the unpolished steps. They are not worth the expensive price tag.
