Realtruck.com shipped on time, and I had no problem with them. That said, if it were possible to rate this PRODUCT 0 out of 5 stars, that's what I would do. It is a POS in every way. The VERY FIRST time we used it, we discovered that the straps were garbage. When you try to tighten it by pulling down, the clips come out! Went to Home Depot, and purchased more tie-down because we HAD to travel that day. First day out, we hit rain. After maybe 30 minutes, we stopped for gas and checked on the topper. It was FULL of water! We had to cut a hole in the bottom so it could drain. Spent first night of the trip trying to dry everything that had been inside of the topper. The only good thing about the experience was, it couldn't have gotten any worse short of having the thing fall off the car (unlikely with all the extra tie down we bought). Topper is now in the dumpster. My only advice is, look for something else. Go Rhino Xtreme Car Top Cargo Carrier is an "Xtreme" piece of crap.
