What sets the heavy duty series apart is that it uses a denser EPS core for up to 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight. The original series can handle up to 400 lbs. The powder coated top panels on both covers are UV resistant so they will not fade to gray dulling your trucks appearance.
We all need security in a pickup truck cover and these Hard Flip covers give you that. The flush with your bed design makes it hard to pry open and adding a tailgate lock give you ultimate security. Glass nylon latches are nearly unbreakable preventing any unwanted guests from getting into your truck bed.

Absolutely love the tonneau cover! Perfect fit and looks fantastic! Could not be happier!
Had no problems ordering and product was delivered quickly. Installation instructions were adequate but could be a bit more detailed. Keeps the truck bed nice and dry when the weather is lousy.
thought the cover was going to have a canvas cover over it but it does not. The cover is metal but solid. Instructions were not real clear but easy to figure out installation. Had to remove rear tye down bolts to put strip on next to the cab. other than that everything went good on install. Cover gives truck a good finish look. Cover is low profile.
This was a gift from my wife and I'm so glad she got it for me. I installed it myself and it was much easier that I thought. The cover is of great quality and it really finishes off the look of my truck. The delivery was quick and the Company sent updates every step of the way.
Had the rolling type of bed covers and wanted something different. Read about this product , watched the videos and talked with an shop that sold and installed them. They had good reviews to me so I went with it. Installation was easy and looked great. Only had to ask for assistance once.
Installation was a snap! I am not mechanically inclined, but I followed the directions that came with the Cover and it fit just as the said it would. I was pleasantly surprised because I expected there to be adjustments, but none were necessary. Once I viewed the Cover in place on my truck, I realized that its removal would be just as easy. I test drove my truck and did not hear any rattling, bumping, or anything out of the ordinary. I felt as though I were driving without the Cover on because the sounds (I made sure I hit some small bumps in the road)were the same as before installation. I put camping equipment, a trailer hitch mounted bike rack and a spare tire in the bed, secured them, and drove around and did not notice any noise from the bed. The fit all the way around the bed is tight, no gaps, evenly placed against the truck bed, and appears to fit almost perfectly. The panels open (fold up) and stay in place, although I don't expect to drive with the panel open. The finish on the outer side of the panel looks great. I mention this because I received an e-mail from a person warning me that fading over time might be an issue. However, I am aware of measures taken by the manufacturer to prevent fading which are addressed in the literature related to the Cover, so I am not concerned about that but I appreciate it being brought to my attention. Now, this Cover makes my truck complete because I can secure possessions in my bed, my bed is now an attractive area, and the overall look of the truck is more classy. I am happy I made this move, and the price is about half what I would have paid if I had ordered it from Honda.
I received the cover and initially was impressed with the quality. I was under the impression that the unit was made from aluminum and covered to look like a roll up tonneau. The material under the cover is more like peg board without the holes. I installed the cover on my truck ,only to find that no matter how tight you tighten the clamps , the corners lift up about 1/2 inch. The clamps (in my opinion) are not close enough to the 4 corners to insure that the corners of the cover are pulled down tight against the bed itself. I sent the unit back for a different cover
This has got to be the best truck bed cover on the market! Installation was a piece of cake and took me no more than a half hour. I love the design that allows usage of the entire trunk bed, plus each panel is secured to the rail. Some similar fold-up covers are secured only at the front and rear of the rails. Most importantly to me, it doesn't leak. We received a heavy 2.5 inch rainfall just after I installed it and there was not a drop of water in the bed. I have looked a a lot of truck bed covers and have experience with a few, but this one gets my unqualified highest rating!
SO FAR SO GOOD.IF IT WOORKS AS WELL ON LARGER TRUCKS AS IT HAS ON THIS ONE,IT WILL BE AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
The cover looks and works great. It did take a fair amount of effort to get the rails to align vertically. The kit came with three different types of shims, and the directions could provide a better description of which ones to use and provide pictures of the various alternatives. I ended up using the 5 foot long slats on my third effort to get the rails to look the way I wanted. Excluding the number of tries I took, the rails and the flip top are easy to install by one person.
