This warranty applies solely to Trailer Hitches, Drawbars, Receivers, Ball Mounts, Pintle Mounts and Towbars manufactured by Cequent Towing
Products and sold under the "Hidden Hitch" brand (the "Product").
1. Warranty. Cequent Towing Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("You") that the Product will be free from defects in material
or workmanship for Your lifetime as long as You own the Product. Cequent Towing Products makes no other warranties. If the Product does not
comply with the Warranty, Cequent Towing Products will replace the Product without charge and within a reasonable time or, at Cequent Towing
Products’s option, otherwise refund the purchase price.
2. Limitations on the Warranty. The Warranty does not cover the following: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) service or labor charges incurred in
removing or replacing any Product; (c) the finish on the Product; (d) a Product that has been damaged through abuse, neglect, misuse or as a result
of any accident or in any other manner; (e) a Product which is misapplied, overloaded, or improperly installed; and (f) a Product altered in any manner
by anyone other than Cequent Towing Products.
3. Obligations of Purchaser. To obtain the benefits of the Warranty, You must promptly present the defective Product and proof of purchase to
Cequent, 47774 Anchor Court, Plymouth, MI 48170, or any of its branches, factories, or authorized dealers listed in local directories. Any returned
Product that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of Cequent.
4. Legal Rights. This Warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You also may have other rights which vary from state to state.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE
YEAR FROM THE DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE BY YOU. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitation may not apply to You.
5. Remedy Limits. Replacement of the Product or refund in the manner provided above is Your exclusive remedy and shall constitute
fulfillment of all liabilities of Cequent Towing Products to You whether based on contract or otherwise. Cequent Towing Products shall not
be liable or assume responsibility for the loss of the use of any vehicle, loss of time, rental of vehicles, loss or damage to personal property, expenses
such as gasoline, telephone, lodging, or towing, or any other incidental or consequential damages incurred as a result of the use or ownership
of any Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to You. Any of the above remedy limitations shall be inoperative to the extent they are not permitted by applicable state law.
HIDDEN HITCH'S LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
This warranty applies solely to hitch accessories and vehicle accessories manufactured by Cequent Towing Products and sold under the "Hidden
Hitch" brand which are not specifically covered by other Cequent Towing Products warranties (the "Product").
1. Warranty and Warranty Period. Cequent Towing Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser ("You") that the Product will be free from
defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of Your retail purchase (the "Warranty"). Cequent Towing Products makes no other

Before ordering a front mounted receiver hitch for my 2009 Chev.Silverado 1500, I read several reviews, and thought it would be a job I could do at home. Wrong. After reading the directions and checking under the truck I knew I couldn't do this on ramps in my yard.
It took a local garage with a hoist. It took them quite a while to get it done.
Most if not all of the reviews were for Fords or Dodges. Maybe it is easier on them. But not so on a 2009 chev. 1500.

The delivery time was great, 3 days, and I live on the other coast. I big plus was the fact that I could install this hitch and still use my (keep installed) front tow hooks. When I contacted technical services at the manufacturer prior to making the purchase, they stated you couldn't keep the hooks installed and their downloaded PDF instructions stated you had to remove the hooks as well. I have a 2005 2500HD Crewcab, Diesel engine. The trick to installing is to keep all the hardware loose to ensure you can get all the hardware started.

Mounted in about 30 min. Instructions said some destortion to frount plastic would occur but,on my 07 GMC classic it was so minor its not even noticable. Overall a great product.

Relatively easy to mount. I had an issue with my factory standard fog lamps needing to be removed in order to accomodate the hitch. Used it on my 800 mile round trip and had a good result.

Straight forward installation but did take one more spacer(washer) than was provided. Hitch pin location is behind the bumper fascia, would have been more easily accessible in front of the fascia but that would put whatever accesory you attach(in my case a bike rack) 2 inches further out in front of the truck. I would have preferred that for ease of access. Directions called for removing tow hook bolts during installation but as far as I can tell, it wasn't necessary. Directions for cutting access hole in bumper fascia centered the hole perfectly from right to left but the height came out 1/4 inch too low. Suggest you make sure to measure this on a VERY level surface and take measurements from both sides of the bumper.

I recently bought a 2004 chevy Silverado Z71 and wanted to install a front reciever mount to accomodate a winch. Although the Z71 is equiped with a HD frame setup, It was indeed 2 inches narrower than a typical HD frame. I recieved the front reciever and found that the inside frame had to measure 28" where as mine measured 26". So for my application it isn't a straight bolt in application. However with a bit of cutting and welding It will indeed suit my needs.
Besides this error, The reciever did arrive in imaculate condition with all the necessary hardware and instructions to complete the job.
