The Highland retracting tie down, is an inexpensive way to manage those big loads you have to carry in the bed of your truck. The Highland Bull Ring stake pocket anchor point tie downs have a rating capacity of 1,000 lbs. The retractable pop up tie down design is the most convenient arrangement on the market today. Snap it into the UP position for use, and snap it back down into the recessed position when you are finished. When not in use, it's hidden. The heavyweight stainless steel ring lets the rope or webbing slide through easily so you can really crank down on your load. And it is big enough to handle 2 standard "S" hooks with no problems. It looks great and can take what you dish out. Easy to Install, No Drilling, No Special Tools, No hassle whatsoever. The only thing other than the Highland pop up tie downs that you will need is some tie down straps.
