Description

The Highland turbo tailgate net for pickup trucks is the only patented, self-supporting tailgate net in the world. Turbo tailgate net will not sag or tear even under the toughest conditions. This pickup truck tailgate net is made of galvanized tubing and heavy-duty vinyl coated polyester that mounts to your existing tailgate holes. Highland's turbo truck bed netting system has telescoping poles and features an easy-on, easy-off pin system that does not require any screws or fasteners. Increase your fuel economy and save gas. Note: While there are no screws involved, you do have to drill a 3/8" hole for the plug that holds the bar in the bed. Made by Highland.

This is the best tailgate net I've found. It stays looking good with the upper and lower support bars. Well made and at a good price.

As much as I am happy with other products that I purchase from this web page I cannot say the same thing about the Highland Turbo Tailgate Net since the description of it does not equal what I was expecting. To me a net is made of other than plastic material and therefore does not meet my satisfaction. This was not specified in the product's description which I believe it should.

If putting in a new car not the greatest install, have to drill holes and such, but not that hard. I wasn't expecting a miracle in gas mileage, but after 2 weeks of use very little results, half a mile difference per gallon so far. I'm very conservative driver also, oh well. It's not a miracle fix for better gas mileage, but if you don't want a tonneau cover, it's good and looks pretty good.

I was able to install it without drilling holes. The existing holes in the truck were too close together so I had to modify the net by shortening the width.
