The product worked just fine except that we only used it once and one of the black suction brackets cracked. Can we get a replacement please?

This rack works great. It is very simple to use and can be put on and removed in 2 min. I carry a windsurfing board which weighs 100 lbs. The rack is very secure and can easily handle this weight. I would strongly recommend this rack to anyone.

When I was trying to purchase Car top carrier in Toronto , Canada, it costed me a great deal. I almost gave up. It was shear accident that I bumped on Real Truck web site. The car top carrier was wonderful with a new innovative design and was costing me 50% less and was not available in Canada.The product was shipped to me within a matter few days
, that was awesome.
I have already recommended this product to my friends and they were pretty much surprised.
I am planning to purchase additional products from Real Truck.

I bought this rack to carry my 9.5' kayak on either of my vehicles. On the Honda Civic I mounted it to the interior of the door jam which seemed the most secure. The problem was it let all the rain in because it deformed the door weatherstripping. I am less than comfortable with it mounted to the outside trim and will probably not use it that way for highway travel. I have yet to get it to mount to my Mazda MPV. :( Overall it is a quality piece of equipment but it is far from "Universal Fit" in my experience.
