Honda currently only has one domestic consumer truck on the market, but RealTruck has made it a goal to make sure we carry the best gear to outfit the Ridgeline! Honda calls the Ridgeline, all truck and then some. RealTruck has the ‘then some’ Honda is talking about. Deflectors and Visors, mud flaps and more!
When your Ridgeline rolls off the lot, you’re going to need to add a few finishing touches to make that bad boy complete. We recommend chrome and billet accessories, a tonneau cover, nerf bars and a truck bed mat for starters. Some would argue for a grille guard on the front on end as well. They say Ridgelines are where the muscle meets the backbone. New or used, our rugged accessories are ready for the use and abuse your Honda Truck rolls up on.
Honda’s Foray into the Truck Industry began in 1960 when the developed the 2XA120 and 3XA120 models. Honda is probably more widely known for their industrial and commercial trucks rather than the more domestic trucks our site outfits.
The Ridgeline didn’t hit the market until March of 2005. This was their first step into the North American mid-sized truck market and it turned out to be a good gamble. They were awarded with the Motor Trend Truck of the Year award in 2006.
Ridgeline’s biggest secret is that it is a car-based pickup. In the United States (and Canada for that matter) it is currently the only one like it on the road making it somewhat of a rarity.
Another one of Ridgeline’s rare features is the ‘trunk’. Because of its independent suspension, the space that opened up underneath the rear allowed for a storage area to be created below the truck bed. This can be locked to secure contents. This is also where the truck’s spare tire is located.
