• Performance Tuning: Gain up to 117 HP and 176 ft/lbs of torque (diesel); 45 HP and 57 ft/lbs of torque (gas).  Same tuning features as Hypertech Power Programmer III on an easy-to-read 3" x 4" touch panel.
  The Power Programmer offers two programs for Gas Engines. One for regular and one for premium. Diesel engines can switch between 3 different levels of horsepower. And for all trucks, Hypertech® power tuning is developed for maximum towing weight allowed by the manufacture.  Performance tuning also allows you to adjust: RPM rev limits, transmission shift points and shift firmness, electric cooling fan on/off temperatures (for cooler thermostats), speedometer and odometer to correct (as required by law) non-stock tire sizes and/or gear ratios, and top speed limited to match the speed rating of high performance tires.  HyperPac allows you to edit and view all tuning changes on a single screen before reprogramming.
  
  
• View Diagnostics: Hyper Pac reads & clears trouble codes.  Displays each code with an easy-to-understand description, written in plain language, so there is no need for shop manuals or service departments to explain it to you.
• Integrated Engine Monitor:  Displays continuous data on engine conditions including air-fuel ratio, R.P.M., ignition knock, oil pressure, water temp, exhaust temp, and many more.   View all parameters at once or choose gauge style to view a single parameter as a simulated analog gauge.  While testing or to diagnose a problem, touch the start recording button to record the event. All tests are saves for later comparisons and review. Plus you can evaluate the effects on critical conditions cause by other aftermarket equipment like improper air-fuel ratios, spark knocks or elevated exhaust temperatures.
• Drag Strip Mode: Simulated "Christmas tree" start produces an exact duplication of a drag strip time slip including: reaction time, 60 ft - 1/4 mile speeds & acceleration.  Displays magazine type road tests such as acceleration times in 10 mile per hour increments, zero to 10, 20, 30 …etc mph.All HyperPac test sessions are auto saved for later review & comparison.
• Dynamometer: Calculates drive wheel and engine horsepower and torque. More accurate than expensive engine and chassis dyno testing.  HyperPac displays large, easy-to-read tables and graphs - all data is auto saved
• Optional EGTs:  Part # HYP-89000  Adds exhaust gas temperature (EGT) as a gauge option in the Engine Monitor section of the HyperPAC. Allows the HyperPAC to monitor and record exhaust gas temperature, information that is not available from the vehicle’s factory sensors.  (Sold Separately)

Automatically records, calculates, and displays performance data touch screen shows only the buttons that apply to the current screen. A "Smart Keyboard" or number pad screen appears automatically.

Easy installation: Just slip the HyperPac elastic bands over the sun visor, connect the cable to the vehicle's diagnostic port, press the power on button, and choose a program from the Main Menu. This unit is a must have for all performance enthusiasts.
