The sales person I spoke with after the wrong bars were received was very understanding and admitted that the wrong bars were sent. I was shocked that they tool responsiblity for this. Most companies try to talk their way out of problems. With so many models, I can certainly understand the chance for some of the products being mixed up. Thanks for your customer service.
