It was a little tight getting the bolt holes to line up, which required some muscling. Otherwise they would have been 5 of 5.

the nerf bars came quicker than said. and the installation was very simple, maybe 30 min. a socket and a wrench. they are wheel to wheel and one piece which is very nice.

Over all I was kinda disappointed with them. The step pad is too far forward so behind it is already scratched on the stainless steel from stepping on it. Also I odrered Iron Cross Nerf Bars because I liked the emblem and there was NO emblen on these nerf bars?

well made, easy installation, goods really nice on my truck(2011 tundra crewcap)
it needed to be packed and handled more carefully, mine was scratched up in some area which is not a problem to me.
still its a new product and it needs to be clean

Item was delivered in box that was damaged, severly. When I opened the box nerf bars were wrapped in plastic wrap, both step bars were scratched. None of the long bolts going into cab would fit, so I used the original one's from the truck. I have to say if I haven't done this 4 times already on the past trucks I owned,this would have been a very diffcult install. I do like the look of them, they are what my truck needed. I feel the packaging dept. needs to re-evaluate.

Seem very well made and high quality materials. I think it needs to be mounted in more than two spots, it seems to flex alot when standing near the rear wheel.

The bars are nice, I think... I didn't receive all the hardware to attach them to the truck and when I called Iron Cross the fastest they could ship 4 bolts and 8 washers is UPS 3 day. The instructions are incorrect for 4" bars for a 2009 Ram. You don't need the 3" plastic rings (according to Iron Cross) and hopefully you know which order to put the washers and lock washers because it's not indicated. The top of the rear brackets also don't sit flush with the bottom of the cab; I'll have to modify the brackets or make a spacer. I can only review the product once, so let me end by saying the bars look nice sitting on my garage floor.
