Magnaflow Pro Exhaust: The Pro Series is Magnaflow's entry level diesel exhaust. DPF back systems include a single wall intercooled tip and no muffler.
Magnaflow XL Exhaust: The Magnaflow XL series exhaust is a mid-level diesel truck exhaust. It features a satin finish stainless steel muffler and a single wall polished tip. DPF back systems include a single wall intercooled tip along with a satin finish muffler.
Magnaflow Performance Exhaust: Magnaflow's premier diesel exhaust is the Performance Series Exhaust. Their 100% stainless steel design is complimented by a fully polished, mirror finish muffler and a welded on double wall tip. DPF back systems include a fully polished muffler, upgraded band clamps, and a single wall intercooled tip.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Will I get better gas mileage with MagnaFlow Performance Exhausts?
Answer: YES, a better performing engine uses fuel more efficiently, if driving conditions and tendencies are similar. However, it is not a guarantee. Our mufflers were designed as performance mufflers. MagnaFlow's diesel exhaust for trucks will see the biggest gains due to our systems' dropping EGT's over 150 degrees.
Question: How much horsepower can I expect to gain?
Answer: It's different for every car, but typically expected gains are in the average range of 10%.
Replacing the muffler/exhaust with a MagnaFlow will help your engine increase power by being able to expel exhaust gases quicker. This creates less workload for the engine, makes it run more efficient, and results in better power.
Question: Are MagnaFlow Performance Exhaust systems legal?
Answer: YES, all of our Cat-Back Exhaust Systems comply with most state and federal laws with the exception of the Magnapacks. (Please note, local laws may vary. Contact your local law enforcement for specific guidelines.) Our products are designed and tested to meet legal sound level limits; however, when used in conjunction with other products (such as air intake systems or exhaust headers), the overall combined effect might cause particular vehicles to exceed the allowable limits.

Question: What's the difference between Stainless Steel and Aluminized Steel?
Answer: The main difference between the two is pricing and the outer shell of the mufflers. Stainless Steel cost more than Aluminized Steel. The Stainless steel mufflers have a polished stainless steel shell and are 100% stainless construction. Stainless steel is better looking and will never rust. Nothing looks better or lasts longer than stainless steel. The aluminized mufflers have stainless internals and necks but have an aluminized outer shell. Also, the aluminized steel has only a protective coating that, if scratched off, may rust. Both mufflers have identical internal construction and materials and both offer you a lifetime warranty and will give you that Straight-through Wide Open Performance with no restrictions. No restrictions equals better flow, and better flow equals more horsepower.
Question: Do you offer a warranty on all your products?
Answer: Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our MagnaFlow Products with the exception of our XL series mufflers/exhaust, catalytic converters and our titanium performance exhaust, which offer a limited warranty.

Polished Chrome Tip: A variety of Polished Chrome Tips are available for the Pro Series Performance Exhaust. These polished chrome tips are easily clamped on to the tail pipe and are available in a variety of angles and designs.
Mandrel Bends: All Magnaflow products are constructed of 100% stainless steel and contain mandrel bends. Mandrel bends ensure the exhaust pipe maintains a uniform shape to prevent restritive areas inside the exhaust system.
Powerstroke Dyno: Magnaflow Diesel Perfomance Exhaust added 12HP and 38 LB-FT Torque when dyno tested on the Ford Powerstroke. When combined with an aftermarket intake and chip, Magnaflow straight through exhaust showed an even greater increase over factory exhaust systems.
Cummins Dyno: Along with increased horsepower and torque; large, free flowing Magnaflow exhausts allow the engine to run cooler with less restriction.
Duramax Dyno: Magnaflow Performance Diesel Exhaust has shown to add 12HP and 26 LB-FT Torque when dyno tested on the Chevrolet Duramax.

My MarnaFlow exhaust arrived BEFORE the estimated delivery date!! The product was just as advertised and it installed easily--ok, there were a couple grunts and groans necessary, but the work went well. Have driven about 300 miles and the system works as I had expected. Nice sound and the truck scoots.

I put this on my 2004 Silverado HD and I was pretty impressed with the outcome. It does seem like the truck works a little harder with the new exhaust on but probably just because I can hear it now. The sound is a lot deeper than stock and the airflow is way better. The exhaust quieted down a touch after putting some miles on it but that is fine with me. Keeps the drone out of the cab but is still vocal when you step on it. Had a little harder time installing it than I should have. But thats because I didn't want to cut the pipe off the stock muffler. And something that I can add, the hangers won't hang like the stock ones did but the new hangers will make it to the stock rubber hangers and still let the pipe run straight. Get a tip, it is needed to finish off the look. All in all I would say this was a good purchase and I will probably do it again on my next truck.

This 5 inch stainless steel turbo back system is what I was looking for. But when it came it was 5 inch to the muffler then droped down to 4 inch through the tail pipe. When I oreded the system It read 5 inch from turbo back.Did not say that it was going to drop down to 4 inch . Now I will have to get 5 inch tips for this tail pipe. But I do like the sound & the power it adds.This system is not that hard to install.

For me the sign of a quality product is not only in the construction but the ease of installation, the fit and included instructions. This system failed me when it came to the fit. No matter what configuration or how hard we tried, the down pipe would make contact with the firewall and the interior noise made you feel like you were in a helicopter. Had to pull the down pipe out and pound in the firewall about 1/4" in a 4 inch area to make clearance. That cost me time and money... thus a 3 star rating.
