Ordering was easy and I was informed about its arrival. The product was what I saw on the web page and it did arrive when they stated. I am disappointed in the product as it has really discolored from heat.

This product fits my 2010 F250 Superduty perfect. It does not obstruct the stock punch-out holes on the tailpipes. Stainless Steel is polished to look like chrome. Very easy to install with a #16 metric open end wrench or socket. Very satisfied with the looks.

The exhaust tip is really nice but I had to insert a sleeve to make up some slack on my 2.5" exhaust. I had to cut a slit in the exhaust tip on the other side and install a u-clamp as well. The manufacturers should make one with a 2.25" - 2.5" exhaust to avoid this hassle.
