In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, every product on our site is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. Although the specific terms of warranties vary from product to product, many of these products are warranted for the life of the vehicle. Order confirmations are sent to you via email automatically if you provide a valid email address when you check out online. If you are placing your order by phone, you will also receive an order confirmation if you provide the customer service agent with a valid email address. If you provide a valid email address you will also be emailed a tracking update when your item(s) ship. You can also track you order online. Simply go to the Tracking Page and enter your Order Number and Ship To Zip Code.Order Tracking:
You will be emailed tracking update(s) when your item(s) ship if you provide a valid email address when ordering. You can also contact our Customer Service Department or track your order online by visiting our Online Order Tracking Page.For Online Order Tracking: Please have your Order Number and Ship To Zip Code. Visit our Online Tracking Page and enter your order number and ship to zip code. The page will then display the method your item(s) were shipped and the tracking number(s). Tracking is updated daily and each night.

ORDERING
Order Placement
We encourage you to order our products online or by contacting our Customer Care department. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Money Orders, Checks and RealTruck® Gift Cards. If paying by Personal Check please allow 7-10 business days for processing. If you need your order faster, we suggest you pay by credit card. If you are concerned about credit card safety please see Why ordering online is safe!Below are the Five Easy Steps To Place An Order
STEP 1: Shop for ProductsWhen you find a item you want, press the 'Order Now' button to add it to your 'Shopping Cart'. You will then be taken to a screen which will display all the items currently in your cart. Items may be added or deleted at any time from the screen which displays your shopping cart.
STEP 2: Add, Modify, or Delete items
To continue adding items, click the 'Keep Shopping' button or use the menu at the top of the screen to navigate to your desired location. If you wish to increase the quantity of an item you have already ordered, simply adjust the number of units in the space provided and then click the update button. You may also delete an item by clicking the 'Remove' button.
STEP 3: Proceed to Checkout
When you have completed your shopping, press the 'Check Out' button if you are viewing your shopping cart. To view your shopping cart, simply click the shopping cart icon at the top left corner of the screen. For credit card security purposes, your billing address must match the address that your credit card statement is mailed to.
STEP 4: Confirm Your Order
View your order details and verify the information is correct. If a modification needs to be made, click the 'Adjust Order' button. If all information is accurate, click the 'Process Order' button to complete your order.
STEP 5: Place Your Order
This is the last step. When you press the 'Place Order' button your on-line order will be Securely submitted to us. You may still cancel your order if it has not shipped by filling out our contact us form and in the notes enter your order number along with your request. Please note, once your order is sent to a shipping warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return it by completing a return request form.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers by carrying a huge stock of inventory; as well as, processing all orders right away. Unfortunately, accomplishing this goal makes it extremely difficult to cancel or make changes to orders.Changing My Order:
If you should decide that you need to upgrade your shipping, you may fill out our contact us form and in the notes, enter your order number along with your request or you may contact our Customer Service Department. The credit card used to process your order will be charged accordingly. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request; however, there is a good chance that your package will already be on its way!
If you should decide that you want to add to your existing order, we are very sorry but we are unable to accomplish this kind of request. We simply suggest placing a new order.
Cancelling My Order or Item Within My Order:
Due to the speed in which we process orders, cancelling an order or an item within an order is extremely difficult. There is a $10.00 fee applied to each successful order or item cancellation. You may fill out our contact us form and in the notes, enter your order number along with your request or you may contact our Customer Service Department. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request; however, there is a good chance that your package will already be on its way! If your order has already been sent to a shipping warehouse, you will need to return the merchandise through our normal Returns Process.
Intercepting and Re-Routing Shipments in Transit
If you should decide that you want your order shipped to a different address and it is already in transit, we can attempt to intercept and re-route your shipment. You may fill out our contact us form and in the notes, enter your order number along with your request or you may contact our Customer Service Department. There is a $20.00 non-refundable fee for every request and we are unable to guarantee success.

Our Gift Cards are a smart choice for anyone on your gift-giving list. They're available in various denominations and good toward future online, mail order and over the phone purchases. The following terms and conditions apply to Gift Cards on RealTruck.com®, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law:- Gift Cards may be used for online, mail order or over the phone purchases from RealTruck.com®.
- If a Gift Card is included in an online order; a Gift Card cannot be used as a form of payment.
- Only one Gift Card may be redeemed for each order. If you have multiple Gift Cards you would like to use for an order, simply contact us at 1-877-216-5446 and we can transfer the balance to one Gift Card.
- Gift Cards can be purchased online at RealTruck.com® or by calling us at 1-877-216-5446 for a minimum amount of $15 and a maximum amount of $1,000.00.
- If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, only the balance remaining on the Gift Card at the time an original receipt is presented will be reissued. Protect your Gift Card and the number on it like cash. We cannot be responsible for funds used without your knowledge or issue a replacement Gift Card without the original receipt.
- If merchandise which has been purchased with a Gift Card as the sole payment method is returned, a Gift Card will be issued for the balance due unless the balance is under $5 or if prohibited by law.
- Gift Cards have no expiration date. Any Gift Card balance remaining may be used for future purchases.
- You may check the balance of a Gift Card by checking the Balance Online or by calling 1-877-216-5446. Must have Gift Card number available.
