How does the Access Roll-up Cover or LiteRider work? |
| Simply release the auto-latch and
roll the cover to the front of your pickup. The bars and bows are
attached to the cover and roll up with it. Once the cover is rolled up to the
back of the cab, secure it with the quick release straps. To close the cover,
simply roll it back to the tailgate, over-center the roll-up/tensioning bar
into the strikes and the auto-latch
holds it securely in place. For additional security, push the slide-locks into
place. Then, seal the sides with your hand. |

| What is the difference
between the Access Roll-up Cover and the LiteRider? |

Both covers offer the same great rollup style design. The
LiteRider is our standard model and the Access
Roll-up Cover is our premium model. The Access Roll-up Cover comes with
a thumb dial direct tension adjustment, super heavy duty cover, and 1 1/2" side
sealing system. It is our best seller. The LiteRider has thumb dial tension
adjusters, a Heavy-Duty cover and a 1" side sealing system. The material is
tougher and stronger than any other cover made. However the Access Cover is
even stronger. The Access Roll-up Cover has been manufactured since 1988 and is
"the proven truck cover that keeps working for you (tm).

| Our covers are waterproof and our rails come with a
closed cell gasket attached to the sides. However, your tailgate is not sealed
like your doors. We suggest that you purchase the optional
TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket for that. On some pickup models the stake
pockets may need to be covered. |

tought as the Access material. However, how you care for the cover, will
determine just how long it will last. We suggest that you use
PPC Formula 2 Cleaner/Protectant to increase the longevity of your

The SnowSport™ personal utility plow hooks up the the front receiver (2" square
tube) hitch just like hooking up a receiver on a hitch used at the rear of a

| How difficult is it to
install the hitch and plow? |
The front end hitches are designed to bolt in place on most models -
occasionally, certain models my require drilling. The instructions are clear
cut. The front receiver hitch is mounted to the vehicle and the push frame is
plugged into the front recevier hitch. The plow simply hangs on the push frame.

SnowSport™ Plow myself? |
YES, the instructions are clear cut. If you do need assistance, call

simple and easy to install". The front hitch varies from vehicle to vehicle.
Plan about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your level of experience. The plow
is attached in minutes by pluging in the push frame and attaching the plow to
it.

It is shipped via common carrier in three boxes. The plow box, push frame box,
and receiver hitch box.

| How easy is the
SnowSport™ Plow to hook-up or un-hook between jobs? |
It's very easy. Just insert the push frame into the front receiver hitch and
secure with pin. Then hang the blade one end at a time onto the push frame (can
be done in less than a minute). Un hooking is just a easy.

| How do you switch from
transporting to plowing or from plowing to transporting? |
The operator must manually unhook the plow and lower it for plowing. For
transporting simply lift the blade, one side at a time, onto the push frame.

| How can the SnowSport™
Plow operate without hydraulics? |
The blade is secured by the push frame. As you push the snow, the blade travels
up and down as needed by gravity. The rubber cutting edge is designed to cut
through the snow but pass over the harder ground surfaces below and be gentle
on grass. When you back up, the blade automatically lays back, skimming over
the surface. Then you drive forward and the blade re-engages for plowing.

| How well does the rubber
cutting edge and box ends hold up? |
The rubber cutting edge is 1" think 6" high - made of a hard rubber compound.
This has been tested and proven to provide years of service. It can be replaced
relatively inexpensively.

The plow has a 1-year limited warranty. See the owners manual for details.

| Can I move the
SnowSport from one vehicle to another? |
Yes, the plow can be easily transfered to another vehicle, all you need is a
front receiver hitch.

weigh? |
The aluminum blade is about 110 lbs. The complete kit with blade, push frame,
and hitch is about 225 lbs.

| How does the bedrug
install? |
The sides zip together to the floor and the complete unit attaches to the floor
with hook and loop fasteners (similar to Velcro). Plan about 20-30 minutes.

| How does the tailgate
piece fit/install? |
The tailgate piece is attached to the floor of the bedrug and extends to the
top of the tailgate and attaches with hook and loop fasteners.
|
| Can the bedrug be washed? |
YES. Dirt and spills can be cleaned with soap and water from a garden hose or
high pressure washer. Actually, Gasoline, acids, solvents, chemical compounds,
and any petroleum product will not damage the carpet or foam. The closed-cell
cross linked polyethylene foam can not soak up ANY liquid. The BedRug® foam
will not dry out, crumble, dissolve, or dissipate in any way.

Polyester carpet and molded closed-cell polyethylene foam.

| How long is the bedrug
warranty? |
It has a limited life-time warranty for the life of the original truck it was
installed in to the original owner.

| How is the truck tent
installed? |
Simply spread the tent out inside the bed of the truck. Identify the 9 securing
straps. (3 on back of box, 3 on left and right side of tent) and then secure 3
rear straps to bumper. Then, Secure all six straps on the right and left hand
side of truck by hooking two under the truck body and one in the wheel well.
Tent sides will over lap perimeter of truck bed. Erect all poles to full
length. Insert first 3 poles through sleeves, starting with the longest two
corner to corner, then the side to side. Begin by each inserting pole into the
sleeve end closest to truck bed, feeding pole towards the truck cab, making
sure to insert pole into corresponding sleeve at mid point. Once the poles are
inserted through the sleeves, insert one end of the pole into one of the
pockets at the side strap securing points. Feed poles towards secured end from
the unsecured end and insert pole into securing pocket, this will cause the
pole to arch and begin erecting the tent. Once all 3 poles have been secured in
their opposing pockets, open door to insert the last pole (black pole). Insert
pole between blue and gray portion above tent door. Locate hollow grommet at
top of tent. Feed black pole through grommet, bringing it inside the tent.
Continue feeding pole along tent seam until you can insert it into the pole
pocket. Insert other end of pole into pocket at the tip of gray door overhang
portion. Secure velcro centering straps to black pole. And you are done (click
here to view instructions) For the sportz truck tent II the same
instructions apply except your tent extends onto the tailgate and you also
receive a 6’ canopy that is attached to the tent itself and comes with 2 poles.

Keyed/Powered Tailgate Locks

| How difficult is it to
install a power tailgate lock? |
Plan about 45-60 minutes depending on your level of technical skill. Most power
locks install into the rear of the tailgate and the wire runs under the vehicle
and quick connects into the wiring for the power door locks. No cutting is
required. However, this is a difficult install. For more info more call the

questions.

| How difficult is it to
install a keyed tailgate lock? |
Most models are very easy. You simply remove the top rear bolt on the inside of
the tailgate, lift the tailgate up and place the lock underneath the handle and
re-insert the bolt you remove or a non-reversable screw (provide). And you're
done.

| What is the Loadhandler? |
Loadhandler is the most economical pickup truck unloader available.
|
| How does it work? |
You wind a handle and the load comes off. In engineering terms, it's a
combination of high mechanical advantage and low friction.

| How strong do I need to
be? |
If you can lift 70 lbs. you can unload 1.5 tons!

| Who is the Loadhandler

| Can I install it myself? |
Yes. The first "fitting" will take 3 to 5 minutes. After that it
takes about 30 seconds to install or detach.

| What is the drag sheet? |
The drag sheet is a close woven polyolefin fibre with a tensile strength of 10
tons across its width.

| How long will the drag
sheet last? |
That depends on how often it is used and what loads it moves. With care it
should last many years.

| Will it fit my truck? |
|
Yes, and it is available in 2,000 and 3,000 pound models.

| Will the Superchip void my warranty? |
| No. It is illegal for the vehicle manufacturer to void your warranty just because aftermarket parts are installed on your vehicle. You are protected by the Magnuson-Moss warranty, Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. |
| Will the Superchip hurt my engine, transmission, or computer? |
| No. How well you take care of your truck and handle the extra horsepower determines longevity. Don’t go spinning wheels and racing if durability is an issue. Simple towing and traveling will do no harm. |
| How will my fuel economy be affected? |
| Fuel mileage depends on HP increase and driving habits. Typically, a 1 to 2 mpg increase is common. For the power stroke diesel, we offer a chip that will give 2 to 5 more mpg in addition to increasing HP. |
| What octane gas should I run? |
| We suggest that run use an octane rating of 91 or higher. You will get more bang for your buck if you do. You can get away with using 89 octane if you prefer. Even 87 octane in some cases but we don’t suggest 87. If your valves ping, (sounds like something is rattling loose) switch up to a higher octane. |
| What type of assurance comes with your chip? |

| How difficult is the installation process? |
| The instructions are clear cut. The Micro Tuner Programmer takes about 4-15 minutes depending on the model. A phone number is provided for after hour tech support. (note: Dodge Ram D-Box takes about 15 minutes to install.) |
| Do I need to change anything for the Superchip to work properly? |
| There is no need to add or change anything with the gas-operated engines. The PowerStroke how ever needs no modifications with HP increases of 60HP or less. More HP requires the turbo down pipe to be changed to a 3 ½" or larger. Adding a free flowing exhaust and air filter will only help improve what you already have. It doesn’t matter which vehicle you own. |
| What if I have or plan future modifications? |
| In most cases, superchips can customize your superchip to accommodate modifications you have done to your vehicle. |
| What modifications require custom programming? |
| Modifications that benefit from custom programming include, Headers, An H or X pipe, high performance cam, larger mass air flow meter, larger flow fuel injectors, etc. Modifications not requiring custom programming but will improve your vehicles performance including a K&N, AFE, Airaid, or DJ Motorsports air filter and air intake system, a reduced backpressure exhaust system or muffler, a new style of spark plugs, hotter thermostat, etc. |
