| LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY AGANIST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS Performance Accessories warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was first installed. For products installed on commercial vehicles this warranty shall extend one (1) year from the date of purchase only. Excluded from this warranty are: finish, any product that has been altered or modified, any product that is used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, or any product that is used or installed on a vehicle for which the product was not intended. Performance Accessories’ products are not intended to be installed on vehicles used for racing, or used in a race or similar activity (“Race” means any contest between two or more vehicles, or any contest of one or more vehicles against the clock, whether or not such contest is for a prize). The use of a vehicle in which this product is installed in any such instances will void any and all warranties. Performance Accessories’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Performance Accessories option, of the defective product. Any cost of removal, installation and/or reinstallation of the product, freight charges, loss of use, and incidental or consequential damages, are expressly excluded from this warranty. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Performance Accessories, including all warranties, obligations and liabilities for products installed on commercial vehicles. Performance Accessories does not assume, nor does it authorize any other person to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale, installation or use of this product. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever in respect to products not manufactured by us.There are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for use, which extend beyond the warranty period.To make a claim under this Warranty, Purchaser must call Performance Accessories at (928) 636-7080 for a return authorization. Return the defective component, postage prepaid, together with the dated proof of purchase, to: Performance Accessories, 3651 N.
