Customer Service Coordinator:

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Jamestown, ND in our returns department.
|
Duties to include:
|
- Assisting customers with customer service issues - returns/warranty claims/shipping damage claims.
- Filing appropriate paperwork to the various internal departments: purchasing for replacement products, accounting for credits and shipping for inspection of returned items.
- Filing claim forms to the vendors for warranty claims and the shippers for shipping damage claims.
- Update Returns Manager System with current status on all returns/warranties/shipping damage claims.
- Will also be required to pull orders and file as needed.

Ideal candidate will have:
|
- High standard of professional phone skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as with an assistant.
- Requires a highly organized individual who can make decisions quickly in a fast past environment.
- Analytical skills / Problem solver / Ability to work well under pressure.
- Maintain and organize returns files.
- Able to develop and follow consistent procedures.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office / Great Plains)
Job Details:
- Full-Time 8 AM - 5 PM M-F
