Customer Service Coordinator:
RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Jamestown, ND in our returns department.

Duties to include:
  • Assisting customers with customer service issues - returns/warranty claims/shipping damage claims.
  • Filing appropriate paperwork to the various internal departments: purchasing for replacement products, accounting for credits and shipping for inspection of returned items.
  • Filing claim forms to the vendors for warranty claims and the shippers for shipping damage claims.
  • Update Returns Manager System with current status on all returns/warranties/shipping damage claims.
  • Will also be required to pull orders and file as needed.
Ideal candidate will have:
  • High standard of professional phone skills.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with an assistant.
  • Requires a highly organized individual who can make decisions quickly in a fast past environment.
  • Analytical skills / Problem solver / Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Maintain and organize returns files.
  • Able to develop and follow consistent procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office / Great Plains)

Job Details:

  • Full-Time 8 AM - 5 PM M-F
