Sales Trainee:

Growing automotive accessories mail order / Internet company seeks a Sales Trainee to join our team in the sales department.
|
Duties to include:
|
- Assisting customers with product information and selection
- Placing orders for customers
- Assist customers with tracking of their order
- Originate returns process
- Filing, some speadsheet, special products as assigned
|
|
Ideal candidate will have:
|
- High standard of professional phone skills.
- General knowledge of vehicles: pickups and SUV's
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Great Plains
- High degree of Customer Service Skills
- Be flexible with work schedule: rotate weekends; an occasional evening shift
- Be a Team Player

Job Details:
- Full-Time 8AM - 5 PM M-F with rotating weekends and an occasional evening shift
