I bought the bike rack to travel across the country and so far everything is great. It doesn't come with the hitch pin so i had to purchase one from home depot. It is a locking pin and cost 9.99. I'm only carrying three bikes but i'm pretty sure i could slide a fourth one on easily. The rack was very easy to assemble and the folding mechanism works great and leaves plenty of room to open the rear hitch on my Jeep Liberty (a swinging tail gate) the rack wobbles around a little, but doesn't make any noise and keeps the bikes in a solid and tight fit. The color is great too. The shipping of the rack took longer than expected however; it was nearly a week and a half before they shipped the item after I purchased it. The item was on back-order and Real-Truck did not inform me of this until I called them a week after I purchased the rack. Once it was shipped I recieved the package in 4 days, and I was in Connecticut.
