The Bully Dog Rapid Flow Induction (RFI) is an advanced airflow induction intake system built to increase the engine’s ability to breath. By replacing the restrictive stock intake RFI increases horsepower, torque, fuel efficiency, and decreases exhaust gas temperatures. By removing the stock air box, replacing it with a metal heat shield, and using a conical air filter you can maximize the air filter cleaning area and allow the engine to breathe easier and produce more horsepower. All Rapid Flow Inductions inductions use a lifetime reusable 4” layer cotton gauze filter. This design, combined with deep pleats, make these filters ideal for high performance use.   • Increased Flow:  The Rapid Flow Induction Intake System allows your engine to breath.  The Bully Dog RFI intake was developed to allow your engine to breath larger amounts of colder air giving your vehicle a boost in both power and fuel economy.
  • Conical Filter:  The RFI intake uses a conical airfilter that maximized the air filter cleaning area, allowing the engine to breathe easier.
  • Enclosed Design:  The Rapid Flow Induction Intake features an enclosed design that creates a barrier between the engine compartment and the air filter.  This keeps engine heat out and allows only cold air to be pulled into the engine.
  • Lifetime Filter:  The air filter used on the RFI isa  lifetime reusable 4" layer cotton guaze filter.  The filter is cleanable and features deep pleats making it ideal for high performance use.
  • Performance Intake:  The Rapid Flow Induction Intake was designed by Bully Dog to go hand in hand with other performance modifications.  The RFI is ideal for vehicles with performance chips, exhausts, injectors, turbos, and other performance enhancements that require greater airflow to maximize their output.

Cummins 5.9L RFI Intake
The Rapid Flow Induction Intake System offers inceased airflow of cooler, cleaner air. The RFI was designed with performance in mind. It has a much larger filtering area than stock intakes allowing less restriction and the ability flow greater amounts of air into the engine. More efficient operation leads to increased horsepower, torque, and fuel economy.
Powerstroke 7.3L RFI Intake
The RFI intake features a conical airfilter with greater surface area that allows better airflow. Deep pleats also allow for greater cleaning surface area. The filter offers a lifetime design that can be cleaned, but never needs to be replaced.
Duramax 6.6L RFI Intake
The Rapid Flow Induction system features an enclosed design. This locks engine heat out and allows the intake to suck only fresh, cold air.

Sirs,
The product was installed with little or no effort, as stated in the install manual (appr 20 min or less) A marked improvement on performance was noted, with a slight fuel mpg. Working alongside with a Bully Dog power pup, I've definately have a better overall performance, with a 4.5 mpg addition , from 15mpg to 19.5mpg.
