Kargo Master Return Policy: Kargo Master products that have been installed, used, drilled, bent, scratched or otherwise damaged are no longer in new and ready–to-sell condition and cannot be returned or refunded. Kargo Master Products are fully warranted according to Kargo Masters warranty policy which is generally limited to repair or replacement based on Kargo Master discretion. There is a 20% restocking fee for all Kargo Master returned merchandise that is in new (with the original packaging) and ready-to-sell condition. If returning a Kargo Master product, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay the return shipping and if not in new condition a credit will not be issued. . (This is Kargo Masters Policy). As always, if RealTruck makes an error we would cover the return fees and replacement costs.

Round Tube Design: Heavy duty 2" round tubing is used to construct the Service Body Utility Rack yielding the best built rack on the market. Round tubing is stronger than square tubing, it looks better, and it there is less wind noise and drag.
Heavy Duty: The Service Body Cargo Rack is built for heavy duty use. With heavy duty tubing and added reinforcements, the Utility Rack can safely handle up to 1,700 lbs.
Gusseted Cross Bars: Gusseted cross bars and swagged joints greatly enhance the strength and rigidity of the Service Body Rack.
Powder Coated: All Kargo Master racks are yellow zinc plated to seal out corrosion. The racks are then painted with a marine grade powder coat finish that resists abrasions and chips.
Fits All Trucks: The Service Body Utility Rack offers a fit and adjustability that allows the rack to fit on virtually any truck. Legs can be optimally set to allow clearance for any height truck cab.

If your product cracks, bend , buckles, or structurally fails in any way, Kargo Master, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair the product. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, impairment from accidents, overloading above the stated rack capacity. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs made outside the factory without factory authorization. Any alterations to this product renders these warranties null and void.
