(Grantsville, UT) on 03/2008 Upon opening the box with the mounting brackets, I discovered there were no instructions for the installation of the brackets. I contacted Curt Mfg. directly to obtain installation instructions. In contacting Curt, I also learned I needed to purchase a set of L-Brackets too, I had asked the rep at RealTruck if I needed these and he did not know. I think some product documentation and product knowledge would go a long way in customer satisfaction.
