I do believe there is a design flaw. It took two very strong capable people more than a hour to figure out the corners, we could not get them to go together without cutting the plastic parts. I do construction and my boyfriend is a engineer, so I should think we have a combined brainpower to figure this thing out, it just wasn't gonna happen without cutting. Not good.

Clips that keep the horizonal bars taut are made of cheap plastic. And if you're not careful...you could break all of them during assembly. One clip was defective out of the box. The cover fit very well to my style truck. It stays tight (very little material wave) while driving down the highway. The folding and unfolding operation is simple. Unfolded retaining clips hold very well during highway driving. Other than the plastic clips, it's a good cover. Concerned the clips will deteriorate with the hot sun over a short period of time.

The seal on the back "rubber" piece came loose so we had to repair that and the connector pieces for the crossbars continuously come loose. To be honest, if this was any other product, and easier to do, I definitely would have returned it.

Works very well keeping the truck looking nice and covering items in the weather. I have found that the front lip of my unit seems to be pushed up a bit at highway speeds and I wish the rear latches had the same lock mechanism as the front units.
